Just wanted to share what Elijah did the first day of K4! I was really impressed with that coloring!
We started school yesterday and had a pretty good day! On the first day of school I give the kids their stuff and let them have a moment to look through it and see what all we will be doing. They love it! I also put together a school box for each child that contains pencils, scissors, crayons, and whatever else they will need for the year. I asked Isaac and Sarah what their favorite part of yesterday was and they both said "Getting our new stuff and looking through it!". I really did not realize how this small act was so fun for them. Confirmation that we will be doing this every year. I really want to sit down and write out our goals for this coming year and then I will share those with you. So here we are on day #2 of this school year and we are going to enjoy the journey!! Hope you all had a great 1st day of school!

I'm glad everyone had a good first day of school, and I think it's great that they were all excited to see their new material for the year! Can't wait to see pictures and read about what they are learning throughout the year! Love you all!
